The Cambridge Biomedical Campus is approximately two miles south of Cambridge city centre and a short bus ride from the railway station. There is limited parking on site and we ask that those who are able, do not drive to the campus. Please see below for alternative methods of transport.

Bicycle:

The Cambridge Biomedical Campus is linked to the rest of the city by a large number of designated paths and cycle lanes. The main road routes leading to the Campus all have dedicated lanes as well as off road paths along at least some of their length. The Cambridgeshire County Council website provides detailed information on cycle routes in and around the city.

Bus:

We have our own bus station on Campus, with regular bus services linking us with Cambridge city centre and the railway station. Further information about bus timetables can be found on the Cambridgeshire County Council website.

Three of Cambridge's Park and Ride sites are also linked to the Campus. Buses from the Milton, Babraham Road, and Trumpington sites all currently stop at the main bus station on the campus. Further information can be found here.

The Huntingdon to Trumpington guided busway service runs from Monday to Saturday. This provides a direct, traffic-free route between the Trumpington Park & Ride, the Campus, and Cambridge railway station. There are several stops around the site. Further information on the guided busway can be found here.

Taxi:

A taxi will take between 10 to 25 minutes from the centre of town or the railway station, depending on traffic.
