Rebecca Fitzgerald has received the Cancer Research UK (CRUK) Impact Recognition Award. CRUK CEO Michelle Mitchell presented the award to Rebecca and paid tribute to her outstanding and ongoing contribution to oncology, and her determination to drive forward the translation and commercialisation of her discoveries for patient benefit. The awards were presented at a black-tie ceremony at the Royal Society in December.
