Don Listwin prize 2021
Congratulations to Rebecca Fitzgerald (Department of Oncology, Co-Lead of the CRUK Cambridge Centre Early Detection Programme), who has received the Don Listwin Award for Outstanding Contribution to Cancer Early Detection.
Rebecca, a clinician scientist, is internationally recognised for her exceptional research into the prevention and detection of oesophageal cancers and for the development of the Cytosponge technology.
The Don Listwin Award recognises a sustained contribution to, or singular achievement in, the cancer early detection field. It was established in 2019 in honour of Don Listwin, founder and chairman of the Canary Foundation.
